Asterisk CLI commands.

1. #asterisk -r
2. #asterisk -vvvvvr - If you want debugging output, add one or many v's
3. #asterisk –vvvvvvvgrc - this show more debug info.
4. #asterisk -rx "logger reload" - If you want to run a CLI command in a shell script, use the x option
